Frequently asked questions

Questions, Answered Plainly

Pricing, timelines, advertising spend, revisions, ownership, AI, cancellation and reporting. If your question is not here, ask it and we will answer it directly.

General

A freelancer is usually excellent at one thing, and growth normally needs several things working together. A traditional agency covers those but often hides the detail behind vague retainers. We publish our prices, write the exact quantities into the scope, and use AI to do the repetitive work faster so more of your fee goes into thinking and creative. You also keep every account and file.
No. Nobody who controls neither the platform algorithms nor your sales process honestly can. We guarantee the work: the deliverables in your scope, delivered every month, with transparent reporting on what happened and what we are changing. Any figures shown in a proposal are projections with their assumptions stated, never promises.
Paid campaigns can produce enquiries within days of going live. Social media builds recognition over roughly four to eight weeks. SEO shows early signals at six to eight weeks and commercial movement between months four and six. We set these expectations at the start and report against them.
Roughly two hours a month: one strategy call, approval of the content calendar, and answers to questions only you can answer. Practically, we also need account access, product or premises photographs (or agreement to a shoot), and timely approvals — delays on approvals move the timeline.
You do. Advertising accounts, analytics, domain, hosting, published content and approved final deliverables are yours, in your name, from day one. Rights to working files and unused concepts follow the signed proposal. We hand over every credential at the start of the relationship, not the end.
Work that depends on your input pauses, and the timeline moves accordingly. The month is still delivered and billed, because the team time was reserved. We flag it as soon as it happens rather than at the end of the month.
Yes, and often that is the sensible arrangement. We can take one channel while your team keeps the rest, or act as the strategy layer above in-house execution. We will tell you plainly if a split ownership setup is likely to cause problems.
Yes. Everything except a physical shoot day is done remotely, with calls on Google Meet or WhatsApp. On-location production is quoted by city because travel is a real cost.
A monthly report in plain language: what we did, what it cost, what changed, and what we will do next. Retainers with paid campaigns also get a live dashboard. If a number moved you will know why, and if it did not, you will know that too.
Yes — it is included in the retainers where the package lists Google Business Profile posts, and is available separately from ₹12,999 per month. We will not set up a profile at an address that does not meet Google guidelines; doing so gets profiles suspended.
We agree in writing what is confidential, restrict access to the people working on your account, and do not place confidential business data into AI tools that have not been approved for it. We will not take on a direct competitor in your city and category while working with you.

How we use AI

For research, first drafts, variations, repurposing, reporting summaries and workflow automation — the parts that are slow rather than the parts that need judgement. Strategy, brand voice, factual checking, creative direction and final approval stay human. We also agree in writing which of your business data may go into AI tools, and unapproved tools are not used.
No. Nothing reaches your audience without a person reading it, checking the facts and approving it. Automation handles delivery and follow-up, not the decision about what to say.

Choosing a package

Usually Launch Presence. It establishes a professional, consistent presence on two platforms without committing you to advertising or SEO before you have a clear offer. If you already have demand and need enquiries quickly, Growth System is the better starting point because it includes paid campaign management. The plan recommender on this site gives you a preliminary answer in about a minute.

Pricing and billing

No, and be cautious of any agency that blurs the two. Advertising spend is paid by you directly to Google, Meta or LinkedIn from your own payment method, so you can see every rupee. Our management fee is separate and fixed.
Not in the standard retainers. Reels in Launch Presence and Growth System are edited from footage you supply. A full on-location shoot with crew is a separate quoted add-on, priced by city, duration and deliverables. We are explicit about this because "reel" means very different things to different agencies.
Two reasonable revision rounds per content batch on the retainers, and two rounds on website and design projects. A round means consolidated feedback in one go rather than changes trickling in over a week. Additional rounds are quoted before they are done, never billed as a surprise.
Yes. Standard monthly retainers run month to month with 30 days written notice. Upgrades apply from the next billing cycle and take one message. Only annual prepayments and website projects have fixed terms, and those are stated clearly before you pay.
Yes. Website packages are standalone one-time projects. There is no requirement to take a retainer afterwards, though a bundle discount exists if you want both.
No. Prices shown are exclusive of applicable taxes. Advertising spend, paid third-party tools and subscriptions, premium stock assets, travel, talent, studio hire, influencer fees, print and production costs are separate unless your scope explicitly lists them.
